Decision-making problems involve imprecise and incomplete information that can be modelled well using intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs). Various IFNs are available in the literature for modelling such problems. However, trapezoidal (TrIFNs) widely used. It is mainly because of flexibility capturing incompleteness occurs data. Aggregation operators play a vital role real-life decision-making (modelled under an environment). Different aggregation better decision-making. introduced as generalization to conventional functions defined on set real numbers. Each operator has specific purpose solving effectively. In recent years, power average (PA) been used reduce effect biased data provided by decision-makers. Similarly, Heronian mean (HM) property considers inter-relationship among various criteria problem. this paper, we have considered both (HM, PA) introduce new (on TrIFNs), which takes advantage properties these operators. study, firstly, propose idea (TrIFPHA) weighted (TrIFPWHA) combining Secondly, study different mathematical proposed establishing few essential theorems. Thirdly, discuss group algorithm environment. Finally, show applicability numerical case problem, compare method’s results with existing methods.
